Where do you source and produce your jewelry?

We make our product with the highest quality materials so they provide for years of enjoyment. Our jewelry is manufactured in China, we screened our suppliers and have personally tested dozens of factories to select the best, ensuring highest quality craftsmanship with consistent brand value.

Do you have any stockiest/physical stores?

Currently we sell through our website only, this is how we are able to sell luxury-quality products at a fraction of the price of traditional luxury brands. If you like to get more of a sense of a particular product, you can check out our product pages, Instagram, or feel free to contact our team with any questions you have.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

In stock: In stock items are shipped within 3 business days from date of order

Made-to-order: Please note the estimated shipping date on each individual product page

Shipping time may vary for each country due to flight availability and progress of custom clearance, etc. Shipping time depends on the country of delivery at shipping service selected.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Vercetti does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local custom office.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Return & exchanges are permitted within 14 days of the date the order was delivered, any return of goods will only be refunded in store credit, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

Once a request for an exchange or return has been submitted, items must be received within 14 days. Returned goods must be received in unworn condition and have no signs of wear or damage, in their original packaging (box and pouch included) with a proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not.

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Vercetti has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Items are not eligible for return & exchange include the followings: earrings, engraved products, personalized and customized pieces, worn or damaged items.

Can I cancel or return a made-to-order item?

Made-to-order items purchased are not eligible for a refund, store credits, or exchange. We also cannot cancel made-to-order items at any time before shipping.

International Warranty

We will take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. We stand behind the exceptional quality of our jewelry at Vercetti and we will cover the shipping expenses for the return and redelivery of faulty products, just contact us and we will work together to find a solution.

To assure your confidence in our products, our pieces are accompanied by a warranty for 3 years.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

Exclusions: the warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear such as scratches, bent rings, broken chains, improper use or storage of the product, or any modifications made by a third party outside of Vercetti.

We are dedicated to providing you with top-notch craftmanship and reliability. In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues covered by the warranty, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

How do I clean my jewelry?

All our products are made of Gold Vermeil or Solid Gold which is luxurious, long-lasting and less likely to tarnish as compared to silver. It is very simple to clean at home, for small jewelry you can place them in a bowl with gentle dish soap and warm water, submerge your jewelry into the solution and let it sit for a few minutes, take a soft-bristled toothbrush to remove tarnish from any chain links or crevices, remove the jewelry from the mixture and run it under warm water, finally dry your pieces with a soft brush.

How do I keep my jewelry looking its best?

To maintain the optimal appearance of your jewelry, follow these guidelines:

• Your jewelry can lose its shine when exposed to air for a long period of time, if humidity is uncontrolled, store your jewelry piece outside of its original box and keep in a dark, cool and dry place.

• Regularly clean your jewelry to keep it looking its best

• Avoid chemicals present in perfume, hairspray, make-up, nail polish remover, body oils, suntan lotions and deodorant

• We recommend taking off your jewelry before going to bed, showering, or taking part in any physical activities. The more they are worn and exposed to chemicals, the quicker they can tarnish and wear.
